I see the sizes listed, but I'm not sure how big they are.

I have provided a visual reference for you including a dime and a quarter for comparison.

Will all the letters be straight?

All names/words are stamped by hand. The variations in the spacing of the letters are

part of the charm of the piece and should not be looked upon as a defect or flaw. I only

ship my very best work. If I'm not happy with the way something looks, I re-do it.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Stamped items will be completed within 14 days of receipt of payment.

Please allow for 14 - 21 days plus shipping time during the holidays.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

If you are having trouble choosing a design as a gift for someone, you can purchase a Gift Certificate.  A link is provided on my website.

What about returns?

I can’t refund payments on custom orders, but I want you to be happy.  Please email me at customerservice@kidesignsonline.com and we’ll see what we can do. I have provided a

size reference so you can see the size of the charms. Please be sure to check this

before placing an order.

If your chain breaks within six months of ordering, you can send it back to me and I will

replace it. Normal wear and tear occurs over time. After six months, I will be

unable to exchange your chain. You can, however, purchase a replacement chain from me.

Can I get a birthstone crystal instead of a pearl?

The accent item can be changed to meet your needs. If you want a crystal, a pearl, or nothing

at all, simply include that in the Special Notes section when ordering.

Can I buy a charm to add to a necklace at a later date?

Yes, if you have already purchased a piece of jewelry from KI Designs. If you return

your jewelry to me, I will add the charm for you.

Can you stamp dates?

Yes, I have number stamps in both font sizes. The numbers will be separated by a (.).

Example: 5.10.01

Can you stamp on the back of my charms?

Stamping leaves a slight impression on the opposite side of the charm. Therefore,

stamping on the back of the charm would mar the front.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I will ship internationally, but please note that I declare the actual value on the

customs form. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe as international orders

have to go through customs.

Please note also, I am not responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs.

What if my name(s)/word(s) don't fit on the charm I want?

Send me an email and we will find something to fit what you need.

Is gift wrap available?

Each piece comes packaged for gift giving.

Are items ever back ordered?

Sometimes items will go on back order. I will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs.

I cannot guarantee availability of any designs.
