Shipping & Handling:

All U.S. orders are shipped for free.

Hand stamped items are generally shipped within 14 days.  Please allow 3 weeks plus

shipping time during the holidays.

International shipping is available. Email me for a shipping quote. Please note that I declare

the actual value on the customs form.  I cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe as international orders have to go through customs. I am not responsible for any

additional charges incurred by customs.

Returns & Exchanges:

I want you to be happy with your jewelry. If there is a problem with your order, please

contact me within 14 days of delivery. If there is an error on my end, I will refund your

return shipping fees. Otherwise, rush handling and shipping fees are non-refundable.

I have provided a size reference so you can see the size of the charms. Please be sure to

check this before placing an order.

If your chain breaks within six months of purchase, you can send it back to me and I

will replace it. Normal wear and tear occurs over time. After six months, I will be unable to exchange your necklace. You can, however, purchase a replacement chain from me.
